Shakira and Pique took pictures together with friends on Pique's birthday party last week. Pique even post the picture on his Facebook so we could all see it. However, they both still insist that there's nothing more on their relationship besides friendship.The problem is, they make it so hard to believe.

The couple (Shakira 34yrs, and Pique 24)have met first time on WC 2010 South Africa, and later they were seen together for a few times, until Shakira decided to split with her boyfriend of 11 years, Antonio de la Rua early this year. She even moved to Barcelona, to get close with Pique. And her reason for moving is simply because she loves Barcelona......

Shakira's Incident Due to Video Music Shoots in Barcelona

Being the singer for World Cup theme clearly didn't make Shakira walk-off free in Barcelona, Spain after doing illegal thing.

The city of Spanish is reportedly considering on fining the Colombian singer after she filmed a music video on the street, and stopping the traffic. Well of course she did, since she was wearing a bikini top and gold hip-huggers that showed off her toned figure.

And not just that, Shakira didn't even get any permits to dance in a public fountain,Pla de Palau. Plus, she rode on the back of a motorcycle without wearing a helmet, which can categorized as a crime in Barcelona.

The officials in Spain was so disturb by her variety of infraction, they took serious charged on fining her.

Guess she won't be shaking off his hips now....
